The Avalon Medical Development Corporation Welcomes It’s Two Newest Directors – Local Residents Trudy Saldana And Judy Grear.

Trudy Saldana has been married to her husband Joe for 50 years, and she came to Catalina as a newlywed. Trudy and Joe raised their family on Catalina. Forty years ago, Trudy worked as part of
the group seeking to start the first preschool on the island. They have owned and operated Coyote Joe’s restaurant for 33 years. Trudy cares about everyone receiving equal access to quality health care and effective medical treatment on the island.

Ventures. She and her husband, Dave, have visited the island for the past 40 years but moved to Avalon full time five years ago. Judy Grear cares about the hospital and how it can better serve the
community of residents and visitors.
